With the launching of Call of the Blue, Philip, together with the team behind the book, marine biologists Tom Hooper and Jessica Rudd 

and co-producer Clément Perrette are teaming up with Synchronicity Earth , the 20 years old US and UK registered charity & foundation dedicated to protection and help of the environment. Call of the Blue fund within Synchronicity Earth will come to complement the High and Deep seas efforts and look at species such as turtles, sharks, cetaceans, and will support some organisations on their plastic pollution fight.
